B&B Megu House ZuKu in Suwa : B&B めぐハウスZuKu
Stay with the Itoh Family at their Typical Japanese House.
Suwa
Description
Located in a pastoral farming era that has been inhabited since the 16th Century. With being not a touristy area but a quiet farming community, guests at Megu House Zuku get to experience the life of a farming family, much different from a stay at a hotel or inn. The farmhouse was built in 1913 and is typical of such construction from the early 1900s with its massive post and beam construction and earthen-walled "kura" storehouse. The guesthouse is located far from train stations and highway bus stops, but free shuttle service gladly provided.
